Personal Health and Care Services (separate from basic rent)

When a senior joins our community, we thoroughly evaluate his or her situation to create a detailed Service Care Plan customized to meet those needs. We also monitor requirements over time, and increase or decrease assistance as necessary. This unique TLC approach helps to develop special relationships with the people responsible for assisting them, and that means better care. The Service Plan includes the appropriate combination of services in these areas:

Wellness programs
Assistance with medications
Daily assistance with bathing, grooming, and dressing
Dining assistance and special diets
Escorts and assistance with walking
Diabetic management
Limited transfer assistance
Respiratory care
Behavior management
Incontinence care

Our licensed nurses are responsible for supporting caregivers to ensure they provide the best care possible. Nursing staff is available 7 days per week.
